3. comply with all applicable laws including but not limited to those concerning the capital markets or electronic communication.

You further agree that you:

In the event of termination of an account, the registrant’s access to all or part of the functions, features or the Site for whatever reason, Bursa Malaysia shall not be liable to any registrant or third party for any failure and any consequence arising from such failure to access, use or provision of all or part of the functions, features or the Site. Upon termination of this Agreement, any and all rights granted to a registrant will automatically terminate.

If any provision is found or held to be invalid or unenforceable, then the meaning of such provision, shall be construed to the fullest extent allowed by the law so as to render the provision valid and enforceable, and if no such construction is possible, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions herein and all provisions not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.

The Shariah.Tradr game ("Game") is carried out by Bursa Malaysia Berhad ("Bursa Malaysia”). By participating in this Game, all parties agree to be bound by the Shariah.Tradr Game Guide and the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).

Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions including the Game Period, without prior notice. The winners will be selected based on the highest Total Game Value (Total Game Value = start up value + net gain/loss value) at the end of the Game, as of 2 March 2018, 5pm. If there is more than one participant with the same Total Game Value; the participant who made the most number of trades will win. If there is more than one participant with the same Total Game Value and with the same number of trades; the participant who registered for the Game first will win. In case of any dispute, Bursa Malaysia will have the sole discretion to select the winner(s).

Winner(s) will be notified via their email address registered with Bursa Marketplace on www.bursamarketplace.com. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, items in kind, and are not transferable. Prizes are exclusive of all charges (if any) that may be incurred by the winners, such as taxes, levies and fees.

Bursa Malaysia shall not be held responsible or liable for any late, misdirected, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winners. Bursa Malaysia shall have no liability for any winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, email services or interruption in the internet connection etc.

Bursa Malaysia will deliver or present the prize to the winners within 90 working days from announcement of winners.

Bursa Malaysia expressly disclaims any and all liabilities arising from any lost, damaged or unsuccessful delivery of the prize.

The winners are to provide their personal particulars, contact details, mailing/ delivery address (PO Box not allowed), and information on/related to their Game activities when requested by Bursa Malaysia.

If the winners did not respond within the stipulated period, Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to forfeit the win or prizes.

Where any prize has been forfeited, Bursa Malaysia may, at its sole discretion, give the prize to another participant.

Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to request for written proof of residency and of the age of the winners before the prize is presented. Bursa Malaysia shall also have the right to require the winners to execute a deed of release and indemnity in a form prescribed by Bursa Malaysia in order to claim the prize.

Bursa Malaysia shall have the right to publish the name and NRIC number of the winners in any of Bursa's websites, social media sites, the newspapers and/or in its promotional materials without further notice. Non-acceptance of this clause may result in an alternative winner being chosen. Winners are personally responsible for ensuring that their personal particulars, contact details, email address and mailing address have been accurately submitted.

The winners hereby agree to the use of their names, nicknames, photographs, voice or video recordings, and other information obtained from them for the purpose of publicity, advertising, trade or promotion in any media by Bursa Marketplace without any prior consent or compensation.

Participants should not submit any inappropriate, unlawful or offensive material in the course of participating in the Game, or use the Game to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available such materials. The Participants will indemnify Bursa Malaysia for all of Bursa Malaysia’s losses that may arise from submission of any such materials. The materials referred to herein shall include (but not be limited to) any material or any idea or material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable or infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of another. Bursa Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to delete such material and disqualify any participant, and or bar the Participant from participating in any other contest or promotions, permanently or for such period of time as Bursa Malaysia shall decide. Bursa Malaysia’s decision in this matter shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

Bursa Malaysia reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game or to be acting in breach or potential breach of the Terms and Conditions. Bursa Malaysia’s decision in this matter shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.

By entering the Game, each participant agrees that Bursa Malaysia, its respective employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and subsidiaries shall not be liable or responsible for damages, losses, injuries, rights, claims or actions of any kind in connection with the Contest, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use/misuse of prizes, or participation in the Contest, including without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Each Participant further agrees that Bursa Malaysia will not be responsible or liable for any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, duplicated or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

This Game and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

The Campaign will run from 1st April 2021 until 30th June 2021 (both dates included) (“Campaign Period”).

(Retail investors who meet the following eligibility criteria and whose Participating Islamic Broker participates in the Campaign are automatically participants of the Campaign:

1. Retail investors who have already opened Shariah Trading Account with Participating Islamic Brokers and have activated the Shariah Trading Account before the Campaign Period;
2. Retail investors who open Shariah Trading Account with Participating Islamic Brokers and activate the Shariah Trading Account during Campaign Period; and
3. Dealers representatives and remisiers of Participating Islamic Brokers are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

15 Participating Retail Investors who have the highest Total Traded Value traded on Bursa Malaysia-i platform during the Campaign Period will win a prize subject to the Nomination Report being submitted by the Participating Islamic Brokers within the deadline specified by Bursa Malaysia.
