1) The Mirror, Learn and Trade program ("MLT") is carried out by Bursa Malaysia Berhad ("Bursa Malaysia”). By registering for MLT and using this MLT Platform, all parties agree to be bound by the Terms &s; Conditions and Personal Data Notice on Bursa Marketplace, the MLT User Guide and the terms and conditions stated herein (collectively referred to as “Terms and Conditions”).
Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, the aforementioned shall not entitle any party to any claim against or receive any compensation from Bursa Malaysia or its Group of Companies, for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by them whether as a direct or indirect result of changes in the Terms and Conditions.
02 MLT Platform Overview
The MLT Platform is an interactive digital platform on Bursa Marketplace. Under the MLT Platform a “Mirror Trade” function is introduced to enable the public (“Participants”) to follow and mirror the trades of an experienced licensed investment adviser (“Analyst”) who will strategize and manage a virtual portfolio.
The MLT Platform will enable Participants to experience the thrill of operating a virtual stock portfolio and learning first-hand the investment strategies that Analysts apply in their virtual portfolio.
03 Elligibility
The MLT program and MLT platform are open and free for use by all Participants in Malaysia who are Malaysian and aged 18 and above.
04 MLT Prize Giveaway Elligibility
As part of MLT, Bursa Malaysia will be giving away attractive prizes to eligible Participants. The MLT Prize Giveaway is only open to Malaysians aged 18 years old and above and who fulfill the following criteria:
- Conducted a minimum of 3 Mirrored Trades during the month.
- Participants must not be an employee of Bursa Malaysia.
05 MLT Prize Giveaway Period
The MLT Prize Giveaway is conducted on a monthly basis from 1st December 2019 to 31st May 2020.
06 Selection of Winners and Prizes for MLT Prize Giveaway
Announcement of winners will be made within the first week of the following month.

Bursa Malaysia has the sole discretion to select the winner. All decisions relating to winners are deemed final and no further correspondence relating to the same shall be entertained.
Winner(s) will be notified via their email address registered with Bursa Marketplace on www.bursamarketplace.com. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, items in kind, and are not transferable. Prizes are exclusive of all charges (if any) that may be incurred by the winners, such as taxes, levies and fees. Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to change the prizes to other prizes of the same value at any point of time with prior notice.
07 Notification of MLT Prize Giveaway Winners
Bursa Malaysia shall not be held responsible or liable for any late, misdirected, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winners. Bursa Malaysia shall have no liability for any winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, email services or interruption in the internet connection etc.
08 Distribution of MLT Prize Giveaway
Bursa Malaysia will deliver the prize to the winners within 90 working days from the announcement of winners.
Bursa Malaysia expressly disclaims any and all liabilities arising from any lost, damaged or unsuccessful delivery of the prize.
09 Prize Redemption of Lucky Draw Giveaway
The winners are to provide their personal particulars, contact details and mailing/ delivery address (PO Box not allowed) when requested by Bursa Malaysia.
If the winners do not respond to Bursa Malaysia’s notification within the stipulated period, Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to forfeit the winner’s prize.
Where any prize has been forfeited, Bursa Malaysia may, at its sole discretion, give the prize to another Participant.
Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to request for written proof of the age of the winners before the prize is presented. Bursa Malaysia shall also have the right to require the winners to execute a deed of release and indemnity in a form prescribed by Bursa Malaysia in order to claim the prize.
If the winners do not respond to Bursa Malaysia’s notification within the stipulated period, Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to forfeit the winner’s prize.
Where any prize has been forfeited, Bursa Malaysia may, at its sole discretion, give the prize to another Participant.
Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to request for written proof of the age of the winners before the prize is presented. Bursa Malaysia shall also have the right to require the winners to execute a deed of release and indemnity in a form prescribed by Bursa Malaysia in order to claim the prize.
10 Use of Information
Bursa Malaysia shall have the right to publish the name and NRIC number/Passport number or any other identification details of the winners in any of Bursa's websites, social media sites, the newspapers and/or in its promotional materials without further notice. Non-acceptance of this clause may result in an alternative winner being chosen. Winners are personally responsible for ensuring that their personal particulars, contact details, email address and mailing address have been accurately submitted.
The winners hereby agree to the use of their names, nicknames, photographs, voice or video recordings, and other information obtained from them for the purpose of publicity, advertising, trade or promotion in any media by Bursa Malaysia Berhad and its group of companies without any prior consent or compensation.

11 Participant’s Conduct
Participants should not submit any inappropriate, unlawful or offensive material in the course of using the Platform, or use the Platform to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available such materials. The Participant will indemnify Bursa Malaysia for all of Bursa Malaysia’s losses that may arise from submission of any such materials. The materials referred to herein shall include (but not be limited to) any material or any idea or material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable or infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of another. Bursa Malaysia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to delete such material and remove any Participant from the Platform, and or bar the Participant from participating in any other contest or promotions, permanently or for such period of time as Bursa Malaysia shall decide. Bursa Malaysia’s decision in this matter shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
Bursa Malaysia reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Platform or to be acting in breach or potential breach of the Terms and Conditions. Participants acknowledge that the MLT platform and MLT program and anything contained within the aforementioned is provided “as is” and Bursa Malaysia makes no representation or endorsement of any kind in relation to the same. Nothing in relation to the MLT program and information posted on the MLT platform, shall be construed as an offer, solicitation or recommendation to any person or class of persons to buy any of the securities or class of securities referred to on the MLT platform and in the MLT program. You acknowledge that the MLT platform and MLT program is provided for information/educational purposes only and that the contents, functions or features provided on the MLT platform or as part of the MLT program, do not aim to provide advice tailored to individual investors or to your needs. You are advised to seek independent professional advice prior to taking any investment or investment related decisions.

The Mirror, Learn & Trade User Loyalty Reward Program (“Program”) is organised by Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”). By participating in this Program, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).

The Program is a loyalty reward program offered by Bursa Malaysia for the most active Mirror, Learn and Trade users from 1st March 2021 to 31st December 2021 (“Trade Period”). For the purpose of the Program, ‘most active’ is defined as the greatest number of mirrored trades conducted during the Trade Period.
Elligibility

This Program is open to all residents of Malaysia excluding officers, employees and directors of Bursa Malaysia, the respective affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members or members of the same household (whether related or not). Eligible persons who participate in the Program must be 18 years of age and above as at the date of participation in the Program (“Participants”).

By entering, Participants warrant that all information the Participants provided to Bursa Malaysia, including information provided on the Website, are true and accurate.

All costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Program is the sole responsibility of the Participants.
Rewards

Bursa Malaysia is giving away RM30 Grab Food Vouchers (“Voucher”) to 500 Participants with the greatest number of mirrored trades conducted during the Trade Period (“Recipients”)

Bursa Malaysia will issue the Voucher to the Recipients via their email address registered with BursaMKTPLC.

Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to conduct verification and require additional documentation and information (including, without limitation, proof of identity) from the Recipients before delivering the Voucher to the Recipients.

The Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, or other items in kind, and are not transferable.

Bursa Malaysia will not be held liable or responsible for any late, misdirected, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Recipients. Bursa Malaysia shall have no liability for any Recipients’ failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, email services and/or interruption in the internet connection.

Recipients are solely responsible for any taxes, levies and fees payable as a result of Vouchers received.

All risks associated with the use of the Vouchers shall be assumed by the Recipients.

Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to substitute the Vouchers with that of equivalent or similar value at any time without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bursa Malaysia or any of its respective officers, servants, employees, directors, affiliates and subsidiaries, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by Bursa Malaysia for purposes of this Program be liable to Participants in this Program for loss or damage of any kind, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from or in connection with access and use of the Website; participation in this Program; acceptance, possession, use and/misuse of the Vouches. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, this Program is provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

General Terms and Conditions

Bursa Malaysia reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the Program and/or to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions. To the extent permitted by law, any cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension of this Program will not entitle the Participants to any compensation against Bursa Malaysia for any and all losses or damages that may be suffered or incurred by the Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension.

To the extent permitted by law, Bursa Malaysia’s decision on any matters relating to the Program shall be final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondence, appeals or attempts to dispute the same will be entertained in any event.
