Andy Tan has been in industry since 1991. He started in DBS Trading and joined Merrill Lynch Futures Pte Ltd as Floor Manager and Director from 1992 to 2005. After the closure of SIMEX, Andy joined ML Asia Pacific (2005 – 2011) where he trades and manage the Asia ex Japan Index Arbitrage portfolio, trading and market making on futures, ETFs, ADRs/GDRs and single stocks till end 2011. He joined Synergy in 2012 as partner and Director. Having worked in both sell side and buy side, Andy’s extensive knowledge and experience is invaluable in the development of the group’s trading strategies.
Jeen Hao is the founder and Chief Master Trainer of Street Finance. He started his footprint in investing and the capital market when he was just 19 years old.

Choong Ty’ng Ty’ng, B.Acc. U.M.
Founder and Managing Director of Axcelearn Sdn. Bhd., Choong Ty’ng Ty’ng graduated from the University of Malaya with an Accountancy degree. She started her career as a Futures dealer in AmFutures and was subsequently promoted to be the Head of Futures Dealing. John Kiew
Mr. John Kiew joined OSK Investment Bank as futures broker’s representative since 2012, from 2016 to 2021, he joined Futures Business Development in RHB investment bank as Unit Head in Branch Channel Support. He is responsible in futures business strategy development, business recruitment, futures marketing, and providing coaching and guidance to futures broker’s representatives in the bank.
He passed the modules required to be licensed in both equity and futures trading in Malaysia, administered by the Securities Commission Malaysia. He was a Capital Markets Services Representative's Licence (CMSRL) holder in dealing in derivatives from 2012 to 2021.
He obtained Awarded Certificate of Excellence on Executive Programme in Algorithmic Trading (EPAT) from QuantInsti Quantitative Learning Pte Ltd.

Michael Sim joined Synergy in 2012 as Partner and Director. His career spans a vast period from the era of exchange floor trading to the electronic marketplace of today. Yong Chen Chook is a professional trader and director of Straits Index (M) Sdn Bhd, an Associate Participant of Bursa Malaysia Derivatives.
